Lindsay offers a caring, non-judgmental, and safe space to explore your challenges and utilize your strengths to help you cope effectively, be present, and get the most out of your life. If you often find yourself feeling angry, sad, worried, numb, or like you are living in "autopilot" mode and just going through the motions, Lindsay will work collaboratively with you to help you reclaim your life. She believes that living a healthy, balanced, mindful life with good boundaries can completely transform your life to one filled with gratitude, happiness, and a sense of calm.
With a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and more than 10 years of experience, Lindsay provides compassionate and evidence-based therapy to adults, with a focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and postpartum disorders. As an MLADC, Lindsay has expertise in treating substance use disorders, both to individuals coping with substance use disorders and for family members who are impacted by their loved one's addictive behaviors. Lindsay utilizes a Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral, trauma-informed approach to help her clients achieve their goals.
